Once again, Thank you for taking the time to look at our condo at Celadon #504. We are located on the PERFECT, LOW 5TH FLOOR, where your next wonderful vacation will start on the emerald waters and crystal white sand beach of Panama City Beach, Florida. This condo is located on the much desired WEST END, where it is worlds away from noise and traffic, and just minutes to everything.

We are a Personally Owned and Managed condo. There is a carefree check in, go straight to the condo and enter with our ELECTRONIC KABA LOCK (NUMERIC KEYLESS ENTRY), there are no keys to keep up with, and you will be given a code prior to your arrival.
The SPACIOUS FAMILY ROOM is BEACH FRONT, it has a brand new 55' flat screen TV. We have updated the flooring with tile. There is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience as well.
The LARGE BALCONY is perfect for watching the emerald green waves, having your favorite Keurig coffee at anytime, enjoying any meal outside, reading a good book, or watching a SENSATIONAL SUNSET OVER THE WATER.

This GORGEOUS condo has sleep accommodations for 6 that include a KING BED in the Master Bedroom, a QUEEN SIZE SOFA-SLEEPER in the Family Room, and BUNK BEDS (2 Singles).
There is ONE BEDROOM with a brand new Flat Screen TV, and Plantation Shutters to help darken the room so you may RELAX AND SLEEP IN.
There are 2 FULL BATHS, the master bath has a tub/shower combination, and the 2nd bath has a very large walk in shower. Both baths have hair dryers, in case you forget yours.
Also included is COMPLIMENTARY UMBRELLA AND 2 BEACH CHAIRS with each reservation, from March till October. No need to rush to the beach to find a spot, you will have one waiting for you. Just go down on your first day here and you will have the same great spot for the entire week.
This luxury resort has 2 POOLS. One is a gulf side pool and spa, the second is a seasonally heated indoor/outdoor pool and spa.
EXERCISE in our state of the art fitness center, or play tennis in our lighted tennis courts.
There are 2 OUTDOOR GRILLS and PICNIC AREAS to use at your convenience.
We also have a CLUBHOUSE with a full kitchen that is available to rent for special occasions, such as family reunions, receptions, etc.
PIER PARK... just 2 miles away, where you and your family can find all kinds of fun, lots of restaurants, such as Red Brick Pizza, The Back Porch, or Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville. There is a movie theater, tons of shops to browse through, and a PIER to enjoy sunsets or watching the fishermen reel in their fish.
There is a new airport, Northwest Florida Beaches International, that is just over 10 miles away. Celadon Beach Resort is one of the closest condos to the airport, just hop in a cab, grab some groceries on the way, and come on over to the beach.
FRANK BROWN PARK host several sporting events throughout the year, and Celadon is less than 5 MINUTES AWAY. It is a 200 acre outdoor recreation facility, that has playgrounds, picnic areas, greenways and trails that are open year round.
