Positive: Spacious, immaculately clean home with lots of options for relaxing and fantastic kitchen. Cafe across the road and lots of restaurants a block away. Pool was great. Neighborhood is quiet.
Negative: Needs maintenance - doors, windows, screens and curtains. Difficult to lock or close, some unattached screens and others looked too fragile to touch. Doors flew open unexpectedly or you had to get someone to open from the other side. Curtains hanging off or don't go across. Lots of flies in the mornings, so possibly holes. Needs a proper insect treatment - were cockroach traps in all kitchen cupboards but found a huge cochroach in a plastic container. Disappointed jacuzzi is noted in advertising but on arrival informed it does not heat. Lacks proper towel rails and all rooms have poor lighting
