This beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath unit is located on the fourth floor and has great views of the ocean, courtyard, and pool. The elevators are conveniently located with easy access to all the amenities that Castle Reef has to offer.
The condo is bright and has all new furniture. The living room has a comfortable couch with two chaise loungers, two side chairs and a 50” Smart TV. The condo also has high-speed Wi-Fi and a work station if needed during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel dishwasher, a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of cookware. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury sheets and linens. The primary en suite bathroom was recently renovated. The 2nd bedroom is decorated with a surf motif and has full size bunkbeds that can sleep up to four people. There is also a twin bed if needed. The surfboards on the wall are for decoration so please don’t be tempted to use them. The recently renovated 2nd bathroom has a bathtub and glass doors. The washer and dryer are onsite but not in the unit. There are beach chairs and toys located in the deck box on the balcony.
This well-appointed condominium is located in the lovely Castle Reef, a beautifully landscaped resort complex on the no-drive part of New Smyrna Beach.
