Positive: Our room opened on to the wonderful terrace, and the room itself was a breezy, bright, roomy, and clean. It was close to a main road (Rueda Medina) with public transportation. In walking distance were Isla Brewing Company, and a couple small local restaurants (recommended! Kash Keken Chuc). We appreciated the big closet and space to store luggage.
Negative: The windows in the room had not been cleaned in a very long time, which is a shame as the windows were a definite plus., and the common areas were not well cleaned. The bathroom needed a curtain, as the afternoon sun caused it, and the bedroom, to heat up drastically.
