ABOUT CASA VISTA BONITA Experience complete serenity from the 900 sq ft terrace overlooking a saltwater infinity pool and sweeping ocean panorama. This lovely 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is tastefully decorated with a Feng Shui influence, custom made furniture and beautiful fabrics in soothing colors. An ideal tropical retreat, the home features a floor plan with an open living/dining area complemented with a soaring teak ceiling and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. LOCATION IS EVERYTHING You will feel completely safe in the secure, elegant gated community of Vista Royal. Enjoy swimming or snorkeling nearby on secluded beaches, fish, take a canopy tour or surf the famous Playa Guiones, a short drive away. The water is one of the two warmest spots in the Pacific. Surfing schools offer instruction for kids and adults. Do yoga at one of the many famous yoga schools, get a massage, or just relax and read amid lush, fragrant plantings with ocean and mountain views in the upscale, gated community of Vista Royal - away from bugs, heat, dust, and traffic! Because we are in such a high location, you’ll need a car for short drives to beaches, restaurants, and markets. ON THE INSIDE In addition to the living and dining areas, the air-conditioned master bedrooms open onto the secluded terrace and pool with private baths and king sized beds. The third air conditioned with a private bath and four comfortable bunk beds. The fourth bedroom has a single bed and half bath. Cooling breezes circulate throughout the house with ceiling fans in every room for added comfort. Additional conveniences are a high-speed Wireless Internet service, large laundry room with washer and dryer, and two outdoor showers. Unusually private with uncommonly spacious and light filled rooms. A mixture of antique, classic and handmade furnishings make this home unique. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area, casual and upscale, plus a private chef is available. Markets are nearby to stock up with local produce. ON THE OUTSIDE Wake up to the sounds of the ocean, monkeys, and parrots as you enjoy your delicious Costa Rican coffee, fresh pineapple and mango, and local bakery delights as you watch the waves breaking on the Pacific. Or see the spectacular sunsets off the terrace over a dinner of fresh vegetables and fish from the local market. As part of your rental, a member of our team will communicate with you prior to your arrival to help with your travel arrangements from the airport, including a discount code if you'd like to rent a car through National Car Rental.
