THE SPACE: The house compounds three spacious living areas, dining area in the garden, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, entertainment saloon, large pool, meditation pergola, equipped gym, and lots of vegetation. THE AREA: Walk through the main Merida attractions, including the Zocalo, the vivid Barrio de Santa Ana and Paseo Montejo. Also, you can explore the most beautiful Mayan ruins in the area, such as the wonder of the world Chichen Itzá or the mysterious Uxmal. Don’t miss the chance to swim in the outstanding cenotes in the area and learn about the history of Yucatan visiting the henequen Haciendas, the business of green gold. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Merida to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this villa has a strict “No Party” policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am.
