The house is just 2 blocks to the ocean, inviting and nicely decorated. It is well stocked with everything you could need during your stay in Cozumel. The house is centrally located with 2 major grocery stores, plenty of yummy restaurants and a movie theater all within 1-2 block walking distance. The property has a private clothes washer and dryer, gas oven/stove top, microwave, Wi Fi, amazon fire sticks, 2 televisions, small bbq, ductless air conditioners in the master bedroom down stairs, family room and two queen bedrooms upstairs. Summary: The villa was perfect for us in every way. If was very comfortable, well maintained, had everything that you would need. The beds were comfortable, good towels and plenty of water pressure and hot water. The location was perfectly located to grocery stores and an easy walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants and waterfront. When we return we would not hesitate to stay here again.
