Summary: The house was as described. Although you can walk to the beach, it was a little far if you have beach gear to bring. It was a busy week in town and the rental was peaceful because it is several blocks from the center of town. The caretaker, Sharon, was very helpful and quick to respond, and gave us recommendations.
