With over 2,600 sq ft of living space, this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is ideal for relaxation and fun in the sun. Upon entering the property, you are greeted with an all-new pool and spa along with breathtaking mountain views.

This open living space features a brand-new kitchen and counter-tops, cabinets and state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances which makes it an ideal gathering spot to cook and entertain simultaneously. Enjoy floor to ceiling windows, inviting nature inside while overlooking the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Relax around the fireplace in the spacious living room or the bright family room with floor to ceiling windows facing the sparkling pool and spa.
This 4-bedroom, 3 bath home includes two En-suite bedrooms located on opposite sides of the home. The two En-suite bedrooms include a king size bed, smart TV and desk. The expansive En-suite bathroom offers both walk-in shower and walk-in closet. Direct access to the back patio provides an additional convenience. The larger bedroom suite features a fireplace.
Attractively furnished, the other two bedrooms are situated at the front of the home, each with a queen-size bed, smart TV and direct access to pool and spa with shared bath.

Summary: The home was a mid-century modern masterpiece! The artwork, furnishings and Thermador kitchen appliances were wonderful and complimented the style of the home. Every room had a view to the outside pool/hot tub or recreation areas. The dessert landscaping with the mountains in the background was stunning. At night, the outdoor areas, pool and hot tub were lit up to accentuate the magnificent architecture. All the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Other kudos include great wi-fi, plenty of hangers in the closets, hot water in the shower, and a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water. The home was close to the airport, shopping, dining and golf. The check-in and check-out procedures were convenient and the property management team was friendly and helpful, even when we called with a Sunday question. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to friends.
