The house is located in the historic center of the municipality of Martano, a few hundred meters from the main square of the town, a municipality of about 9000 inhabitants. Located south of Lecce about 23 km from the capital.
Martano is one of the main municipalities that make up Grecìa salentina, and is located at the bottom of the straight that connects it to Otranto, from which it is about 15 km away, and represents one of the most vital tourist locations in the Salento hinterland.
The closest marinas are Torre dell'Orso and Torre Sant'Andrea (12 Km.) And it is about 10 Km from the Alimini lakes. It is also only 3 Km. From Melpignano, another municipality in Greece, where the final concert in the final evening of the itinerant festival Notte della Taranta event that attracts about 100,000 pers. every year.
