This gorgeous Villa is located just north of La Veleta and the Tulum Avenue. The neighborhood can be described as sparse and respectful with many trees and nature feel to it. Even though it is in a calm and safe area, we are located close to the main road and minutes away from the downtown main restaurants and attractions. In contrast with La Veleta, this neighborhood is easily traveled with a car or bicycle.

There are multiple ways of getting around. The following are our recommendations considering the size of Tulum, streets layout, safety & fun factors.
