The 2nd story has an open living area with modern art, custom-designed dining table for up to 12 people, high-ceiling and a fully equipped luxury island kitchen w/5-burner gas stove & oven (stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, food processor, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster oven, on-demand purified water, double sinks), Door-in-Door Refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, a superior sound system and an astounding outdoor jungle view pool, heated jacuzzi (hot tub), terrace, bbq grill, chaise lounges, etc.

This 2-story Duplex Master Bedroom Suite is a stand-alone art piece itself (please see pictures), the 1st floor has a heavenly King bed mattress and pillows, super soft bed-linens (100% cotton), a ceiling concealed Duct Inverter Air Conditioning Unit (superior unit to most residential A/C systems in Tulum) and ceiling fan, spacious closets and Wi-Fi for complete relaxation and comfort.
