La casa cuenta con los siguientes espacios:
1. Cinco habitaciones (todas tienen caja fuerte):
- El cuarto principal cuenta con una cama matrimonial, un televisor, 1 estante, 2 armarios amplios y 2 mesitas de noche.
- El segundo cuarto tiene 1 cama aérea de 1½, 1 camarote de 1½ , 1 estante y 1 armario.
- La tercera habitación cuenta con 2 camas de 1½ , ropero y zapatera.
- La cuarta pieza tiene 1 cama de 2 plazas, 1 cama de 1½ y 1 escritorio.
- La quinta recámara cuenta con 2 camarote (4 camas de 1½ ), TV de 50' pulgadas, 1 armario amplio y 1 cómoda.
2. Cocina-comedor totalmente equipada con Ollas, utensilios y distintos electrodomésticos (refrigeradora, microondas, horno eléctrico, etc).
3. Dos Baños completos (ambos con terma).
4. Lavandería con lavadora, Tendedero y kit de limpieza.
A tener en cuenta:
* Contamos con una sala que solo se usa para la recepción de los huéspedes; en caso deseen contar con el uso total de esta, se debe coordinar previamente con el anfitrión.
* Las habitaciones cuentan con sábanas y almohadas; sin embargo, no entregamos toallas).
* En caso deseen realizar una reunión, deben coordinar previamente con el anfitrión; caso contrario, no está permitido.
* Nos ubicamos cerca de las calles principales como la Av. Brasil, Av. Arequipa y Av. 28 de julio, estamos a pocas cuadras del Centro Comercial Rambla y del Real Plaza de Centro Cívico. De igual forma, puedes llegar en minutos al centro histórico de Lima, Estadio Nacional, Parque de las Aguas, entre otros sitios turísticos y universidades e institutos Nacionales.
