Positive: I want to express my sincere admiration for our stay at CASA LA MONTIVA in mid-June. We spent three wonderful days there — it was truly cozy, warm, and comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and airy, located in a town with a rich and beautiful history. Inside, everything you could possibly need for daily life was provided: a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils (even a potato peeler and bag clips!), a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron — all modern and in perfect condition. The hosts, Elisabetta and her husband, prepared the place with great care, as if for themselves. We used everything respectfully and with deep gratitude. We were especially touched by the thoughtful details — complimentary cookies and fruit, fresh and fragrant bed linen, perfectly functioning appliances. Every little touch showed care, love, and dedication. The view of the lake from the windows is stunning, and the neighbors are very kind. We also appreciated the detailed guide provided, listing pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches nearby. My parents and daughter were absolutely delighted. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this amazing experience. Our highest ratings and deepest respect to you, Elisabetta, and your husband!
