Built in 2004, this modern finca in rustic, Mallorcan style is located in a really exceptional location directly above the bay of Cala Millor, on the "Hausberg Na Penyal", which rises immediately behind the popular holiday resort. As a result, from a height of approx. 200m you have a unique, fantastic view of the entire coast between Costa de los Pinos to Porto Cristo (distance approx. 15 km), absolute tranquility in green nature and you are still very close to one the most popular holiday resorts in Mallorca and not isolated as with most fincas. It is only 1 km to the town of Cala Millor with its pedestrian zone, diverse shopping and entertainment options and the 2 km long, fine sandy beach. The 3 largest supermarkets in the village can be found 1.5 km away (HIPER, LIDL, MERCADONA).
The house Casa Isabel is located on a plot of 7100 m², completely fenced and closed with an electric entrance gate, in the most beautiful landscape and absolutely quiet. In the neighborhood there are only a few houses with a large distance and on large plots of land. The house can be easily reached from the main road via a paved path of 200 m, no traffic noise can be heard. The house is one of the highest on the mountain, so there is no further development above. There is a popular hiking trail above the property, which leads to the town of Son Servera (approx. 2.5 km) or to the popular Bellavista viewing restaurant with pool and tennis courts, which is only approx. 300 m away. The entire property is fenced and closed with an electric entrance gate, the garden is easy to maintain in a Mediterranean style with ornamental shrubs and some lawn. The house receives sun all day long.
