Negative: It is a complex with a lot of owners who live on site, which meant on one occasion a complaint was made one about the kids playing with the ball in the pool as there was a rule about no balls. We are extremely considerate about others space & always made sure we stayed well away from anyone else who might being in there, so after one of the owners told me of the rule & went as far as to call security to enforce it did somewhat hamper the children enjoyment. One solution might be to have a ‘quiet time’ where anyone not wanting to have children around, they can enjoy the pool alone & the other time the younger people can play albeit always remaining respectful of others. It should be noted at the time of the complaint there was only 4 people in the pool so we felt it was enforcing the rules to the letter of the law rather the in the spirt of good will.
