Positive: Jose is a very helpful and hospitable host. Upon arrival, he showed us the house. The house consists of five bedrooms (one with air conditioning). The kitchen is fully equipped. There are also three bathrooms, one in the master bedroom. The living room is air-conditioned and has a TV with Netflix and A Prime channels. There is also a large garden with two barbecues, a swimming pool, three terraces (two in the bedrooms), and a winter garden. The beach (pebble) is nearby, about a 5-minute walk away. A supermarket (Lidl, Mercadona) is about a 10-minute drive away. The surrounding area is beautiful. It's a good place for a holiday and a base for exploring other places.
Negative: Air conditioning can be installed in each bedroom.
Summary: I recommend staying in this house.
