Positive: Lovely new 2-bed, 2-bath house in a gated compound with shared pool. Very nice kitchen. Convenient to supermarkets and restaurants (less than 10 minutes).
Negative: No heat or air conditioning. No salt/pepper, oil, or other basic items for cooking. No bottled water, coffee pods, or tea bags.
Summary: Nice property, but amenities need improvement. The cost would be minimal for the owners and very much appreciated by the
