Welcome to Casa de Playa. This 6 bedroom plus 1 bedroom apartment Mediterranean style beachfront house is perfect for large groups and/or families, it fits up to 14 people comfortably. The house is located right in front of one of the real Flamingo beach, just go down 15 stairs and you'll have your feet right onto the white soft sand of the one of most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. The house has a master bedroom upstairs overlooking the ocean, its has a king sized bedroom, living room with a TV and a large Master bathroom with hot tub. Downstairs you'll find five more bedroom, 1 bedroom with a double sized bed and it's own full bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 double sized bed each one sharing a full bathroom and two more bedrooms with 2 twin sized beds each one sharing a full bathroom. Totally separate from the house there is a 1 bedroom apartment with a queen sized bed, living area and full bathroom. Among the amenities you'll enjoy an infinity edge pool overlooking the beach, 4 kayaks free to use for the guests, free WiFi, A large screen TV with DVD player is located upstairs in the master bedroom, the Flamingo Marina is located at the south end of the bay and the top rated restaurant Coco Loco is located only 500 meters from the house. Daily cleaning and handyman onsite everyday is included in the rental. Judith, Francisco and Isaías are the caretakers of the house and property. Judith provides maid/cleaning service and she also cooks delicious Costa Rican food. Isaías is in charge of the cleaning of the pool, garden and the area outside the house. Francisco watches the property at night. Casa de la Playa is managed by All Costa Rica Rentals. We are locals with extensive experience managing some of the best vacation properties.
