Every space in the house is maximized to accommodate your every need:
- Primary Master Suite includes a comfy new tempurpedic King bed, 50" flatscreen TV and built-in surround sound speakers, and private bathroom with heated floors
- Secondary Master Suite includes a comfy new tempurpedic Queen bed and private bathroom
- 2 additional bedrooms with Queen beds
- 5th bedroom with a Double over Double Bunk Bed
- 2 additional full bathrooms + enclosed outdoor shower
- Combination living/dining/kitchen area which is perfect for entertaining
- Fully stocked kitchen with all tools, gadgets and utensils to make the most gourmet of meals (including mixer, blender, Kurig machine, and burr coffee grinder + espresso machine)
- Separate living area with 65" flatscreen TV, built-in surround speakers, and bar area with ice-maker, wine-cooler and beer refrigerator. We also have a brand new, very comfy pull-out sleeper sofa with queen bed
- House has central air-conditioning/heat and all rooms have ceiling fans so you can leave the windows open and enjoy the cool ocean breezes
- 3 separate decks with dining tables, chairs, hammock and professional grade Weber gas grill
- 2 car garage and parking for an additional 3 cars in the driveway
Want to experience boating while on your vacation? We offer the rental of our 21ft Wellcraft Sportsman Dual Console with 200HP Yamaha engine. Or, if you would like to bring your own boat, we can have ours removed so you can use the boat lift for $500. Please send us an inquiry!
From Memorial Day through Labor Day we only accept weekly rentals. Our standard check in is at 4:00pm (or later) with checkout by 10am.
Please note: linens and towels are not included in the rental. If you would like to rent linens for your stay, we can refer you to a local agency who provides linens at a reasonable cost.
