About this space
This large home overlooks the beautiful Virgin Islands, Palamino, and 8 other islands like Icacos Island, sitting just above the bay of Las Croabas, Fajardo. The 4 Bedrooms have new A/C and have views of the ocean and the bay. There is no central air-conditioning throughout the home. Being high on a hill we have a cool breeze. We are a few minutes walk to the harbor, and the Bio Luminous Bay. entrance. Large driveway to park a few cars.
The space
Large beautiful home with an amazing view of Las Croabas bay and the bioluminescent bay. The home has great ocean breezes which is welcome in hot humid Puerto Rico. This is the top "A' area of Fajardo very close to the bay. walking distance about 200 feet. The area is very safe unlike parts of San Juan

3 large bonus rooms. Living room 32 X 25 feet, 20-foot ceiling, Game room 30 X 25 feet, Pool table, ping pong table, card tables. and bar. 20X 20 foot workout room downstairs.
