In the Historic Old Town Scottsdale, our neighborhood and home, affectionally named Casa Bliss, echoes the charm of its 1954 construction. With pedestrian-friendly streets winding through the community, it effortlessly blends the old and the new. Proximity to annual events such as spring training, the renowned Barrett-Jackson Auctions, and the thrilling TCP Waste Management Tournament adds excitement. Families can enjoy the picturesque waterfront along the Arizona Canal Trail, while golf enthusiasts have a premier golf course within reach. Private Heated Pool and Hot Tub: The optional heated pool is set to 82°F upon guest request ($100 per night fee). The maintenance team turns on the pool heater, and it takes 6-12 hours to heat to temperature. The hot tub, set at 101°F, is guest-controlled with a button on the wall and takes 45 minutes to warm up. Hot Tub heating to 101 degrees is included at no charge.

Bedrooms. Thoughtfully designed bedrooms ensure a restful stay. Bedroom 1 features a plush king bed, while Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 offer cozy queen beds. Bedroom 4 is a haven for kids or teenagers with two queen-sized bunk beds (300 lbs capacity). The living room provides extra sleeping space with a sleeper sofa.
Inside and outside kitchens. Prepare delicious meals in the inside or outside kitchen. The inside kitchen has all the amenities of a fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, oven, gas stove/cooktop, and pots, including a roasting pan! Also, available, all necessary utensils and tools, including a blender, electric kettle, classic drip coffee pot, ceramic dinnerware, and plasticware for using outside near the pool.

4. Pool and Hot Tub Rules
General Rules:
- We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
- No lifeguard on duty. Use the pool and/or hot tub at your own risk.
- Individuals with medical conditions (such as pregnancy or serious illness) should consult a physician before using the hot tub.
- Please enter and exit the pool and hot tub slowly using the steps.
- No driving, running, or horseplay in the pool and hot tub.
Items and Activities:
- Do not bring any glass near the pool and hot tub. Plastic ware is provided for outdoor entertainment.
- Do not use the pool and hot tub under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
- Children under 14 years of age must be supervised at all times. Toddlers must wear a swim diaper.
- No animals are allowed in the pool. Guests allowing animals in the pool will incur additional charges.
- Broken glass, regardless of the amount in the swimming pool, requires draining and cleaning the entire pool. Costs are transferable to guests.
- Clean up after pets.
- Turn off gas fire pits before retiring.
