Mccormick Ranch stunning new Santa Barbara style ultra luxury town home. This unit sits on a large park and the Mccormick ranch green belt. Walk to the Vig, Lucis market, Starbucks all under a minute away. Many more shops and eating establishments in the Paseo shopping plaza. 3 bedrooms (master king), 2cd bedroom (queen), 3rd bedroom (twin with a twin trundle). All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, there is also an additional half bath on the main level. All brand new high end furnishings Ethan Allen, Restoration Hardware, Temperpedic mattresses. Truly a luxury experience.
This is a fully stocked vacation rental with every thing you need to have a fantastic vacation. The kitchen features Viking appliance (including a amazing gas range), and a Weber BBQ on the deck. 60k smart home media system in the home, all TVs have built in surround sound, this includes all the bedrooms (4 Tvs total including the master bath).
Complex itself is very small only 30 units total. Amazing pool and hot tub facility. Not busy like many other complexes, the majority of these units are owner occupied and people work during the day. Many guests find they have the pool mostly to themselves.
Fantastic location heart of Mccormick Ranch, 5 minutes to old town, 10 minutes to Scottsdale quarter, 5 minutes to talking stick and the salt river ballpark. 5 minutes to giants stadium. Plus all the stuff you can walk and ride a bike too. If you have any questions please do not hesitate.
