Recently built house with fantastic view of Ibiza town, the antique part called D'Alt Vila, and the sea, only 5 minutes from town, comfortable and simple, fully equipped and with ample areas.

Cana Fina is recently built house with fantastic view of Ibiza town, the antique part called D'Alt Vila, and the sea, only 5 minutes from town. It is a comfortable and simple house, fully equipped and with ample areas, without exaggerated or excessive decoration.
It sleeps 8 people. There is a big plot that surrounds the house and is part of it, it is fully fenced. The pool is at the front part of the house, with a big grill area, exterior bathroom and chill out. The pool has an area that is not very deep, for children. There is also a Ping-Pong table.
In the house, all the rooms are very ample. There are 3 double bedrooms in total, 2 of them with single beds that can be put together as double beds upon request of the guests. These two share a shower bathroom. The third double bedroom has an ample bathroom with bathtub.
The kitchen is very big, fully equipped and very comfortable, and has a dining table.
The living room is also spacious, with comfortable sofas, chimney, TV and access to the pool. The dining room connects to the kitchen with a door.
Outside there is a small apartment with a double bedroom and shower bathroom
The house is cozy, comfortable and is located in an exclusive zone. Very suitable for families with kids, as this villa has lots of space for them to play without danger. The access to the house is closed by an automated entrance gate.
