Positive: This house has plenty of space and a is great relaxing spot to stay. It’s in a little neighborhood surrounding a lake. It was spotless! Everything worked! And the property managers left a gift pack of all the things you hate to go buy! D/w soap. Laundry soap. Easy place to get to and get around Anchorage. Pics of lake guests!
Negative: Both drains in the main bath vanity were extremely slow to drain water. Don’t know what was up with that. We extended our stay for two more days and the property manager (Vacasa) couldn’t manage that without my jumping thru hoops for a completely new stay. I asked for a refund for the cleaning fee since I was paying for 2 but would only receive one. No word on this but they were very wordy about why they couldn’t. So a sour note with the PM. They seem to be pretty grabby with extra fees.
Summary: I’d stay here again, but only use booking.com.
