Positive: House was a good size. Beds were comfortable, nice cold ac, decent size backyard, pet friendly, gated driveway.
Negative: A few items in the house needed tending to. Garbage disposal didn’t work, sink was clogged. One fan in kitchen area didn’t work, tv remote in living room didn’t work even with new batteries, a light fixture over the kitchen island was hanging by its wires. Backyard needed some TLC it didn’t really match pictures. Windows could use some curtains or sunlight blocking we kept waking up at 6:30 due to all the sunshine. Host is trying to charge me a $100 late check out fee when we were packed up in our vehicle and locked door at 10:57. We then headed to a welding store on the other side of town, paid our bill at 11:38. I received a text message at 3:38 stating we were still there and that we were going to be charged 100 late charge.
Summary: I give this rental 7/10 based on location, ease of coming and going.
