Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is a true oasis, complete with a King-size bed, an outdoor hi-rise porch offering stunning views of the river, and a dedicated workspace that’s ideal for those who need to work remotely. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. Another bathroom is located in the hallway for your convenience.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire waterfront rental home is exclusively yours without interruption for the duration of your stay, so just relax, unwind, and enjoy the many amenities it offers! Take note, we have neighboring homes so please be respectful of the neighbors and their property and kindly keep the outdoor noise down between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Cabin Cove is located on a main road which means that you may occasionally hear trucks passing by. However, because the home’s entrance isn’t near the road, the cabin is peaceful, private, and secluded.
While we don’t have dock access from the property, worry not! You can easily rent a boat at a nearby location just a short distance down the road.
Please note that our pool is closed during the winter season. However, we offer a wide range of other amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, no matter the weather!

No parties are allowed on the premises under any circumstances.
We kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and behave in a courteous manner while staying in our space.
Quiet hours are enforced after 10 pm to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
To avoid disturbing the neighbors, playing music outdoors after 10 pm is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violation will result in an additional $150 cleaning fee to remove the odor from the interior.
An additional charge of $70 will be applied for each guest who is not included on the reservation.
Check-out time is strictly enforced. Guests who exceed the allotted time will be charged a fee of $50 for every half-hour late.
Any guests who stay two hours past the check-out time will be charged for another full day.
To prevent any potential fire hazards, guests must refrain from burning candles, incense, or any other open flames inside the house.
For security purposes, please keep all doors locked at all times to ensure the safety of your belongings as well as our property.
Please note that mail/package deliveries are not permitted at the property, and we cannot be held responsible for any missing packages.
Our home is pest-free, and with your help we intend to keep it that way! Guests are asked to properly dispose of any food waste that may attract unwanted pests.
We cannot be held responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.

Any lost TV remote will result in an additional charge of $150 to cover the cost of replacement.
