Full of character, Kirkham house is set over three floors with the ground floor dating back to the 18th century and the top two floors added in the early Victorian period during the golden era of tourism to the health spas of Matlock, the ground floor is now a spacious garage with a remote controlled door and a fabulous en suite studio that is sure to be a hit with teenagers or couples who would like their own space and their own front door! This high spec house boasts a Smart TV in every bedroom and the high end Sonos sound systems, which you will find throughout the house. Spend your time relaxing in the spacious open-plan living space, finished in an eccentric style with a large corner sofa and Smart TV, towards the opposite end, you will find an area with a wood burning stove and seating that is just perfect for tucking yourself away with a good book.
