Bright, light and airy, charming basement apartment with above ground windows, so it does not feel like a basement.... feels like part of a home with tons of natural sunlight. We have designed this space with a classic/mid-century modern feel and tons of cool editorial artwork :) The space is upgraded with all new appliances (stainless steel throughout the kitchen and a high end Miele washer/dryer for all your deluxe laundry needs) and designer furniture throughout.

Walking distance to Eaton Centre and other major attractions. Get away from the hustle and bustle of Toronto with this downtown oasis!
