The apartment, located on the ground floor, spreads over two levels. From the living room guests can admire the lake, the garden and the surrounding mountains thanks to large windows that make the environment very bright. The sleeping area, located upstairs, consists of three bedrooms, two featuring a queen-size bed, a closet and a dresser each, the third one with a single bed and a closet. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower.
