The Condominium Village Buzios is a condominium full of history, charming colonial architecture, calm and very well located 150 meters from Praia dos Ossos, 500 meters from the Orla Bardot and less than 5 min from several beaches. Renovated, the property is cozy, well decorated, fully equipped and serves up to 6 people in comfort. Smart TV, wi-fi, iron, dryer and bed and bath linen will be available for our guests.
Our Duplex is renovated, is all decorated and is located within the condominium (Village de Búzios) safe and exclusive environment. Ideal for those looking for comfort, good location and privacy. In the immediate vicinity we have commerce, bars and restaurants and important sights of the city. We are 150 meters from the beach of bones and 500 meters from the street of the stones, buziano high point.
Our unit has privacy, has smart TV, wi-fi, equipped kitchen, plus bed and bath linen for our guests.
There are 2 suites, both with air conditioning, integrated TV room with dining room and an additional living room. In total, 3 bathrooms. The outdoor area facing the property features furniture to spend pleasant moments in the middle of bougainville's garden.
The House is very comfortable and fully airy and with great lighting.
