Positive: Chris (the Host) was incredibly generous and Zed (one of the guests there) was fantastic too. This place is an unexplored little gem in my opinion. Free Parking, superfast wifi, beautiful scenery, hot shower, comfy bed…for under $30 a night is exceptional indeed. Unfortunately, l didn’t get a chance to spend more time with the exotic birds and animals, but I did get a glimpse into how well Chris and his family treat them and how well they feed them. The facilities are great without being perfect. At this price I wasn’t expecting perfection anyway. It’s a relatively old family home with a lot of character and flair quietly tucked away in the bush. Will be recommending this place to all my friends and work colleagues. If I could give it a higher than 10 rating I most certainly would.
