Positive: Great size, gorgeous outlook and everything you need in terms of amenities.
Negative: Could have been cleaner - under coffee table incredibly dusty, small bits of rubbish in bedside table drawers, old milk bottle and other items under beds. Generally fine, though.
Summary: Gorgeous outlook, well-equiped, great communication from the owner.
