Summary: The rooms were spacious and well stocked. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, as always, it's something I look forward to when I go to Brighton and stay here. Simon and Richard, both hosts are extremely welcoming and make you feel comfortable and are always available if you need anything. Once again, this is a place that I visited before and will definitely visit again.
