It comes with an electric stove, fridge and freezer, oven, dish washer, kettle and of course pans, pots and all kinds of knifes and cutlery.
>> The bathroom has a very modern design and a big nice shower with rain functions.
Everything has an upscale finish with some decent highlights and decoration. Also you'll find a powerful hair dryer, towels and complimentary shower gel and shampoo.
To make you feel even more comfy, there's a heated towel rack as well.
The apartment is located in the first floor and can be reached by a stairway.
Access to the apartment will be granted with a smartlock.

In the closer surroundings you'll find a small cafe and a REWE supermarket for all your needs.
Also the river "Lech" with its city beach is a 15-minutes walk away.
Using the tramway you can reach the central square "Königsplatz" within 13 and Augsburg's central station ("Hauptbahnhof) within 15 minutes.
Getting Around:
The tramway-stop "Lechhausen Schlössle" can be reached within two minutes from the apartment and is serviced by line 1.
It's 13 minutes to the "Königsplatz" and 15 minutes to central station.
Parking is for free for one vehicle on the property and the motorway (Autobahn) A8 is a 5-minute drive away.
