You’ll be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home! Nestled in a in a safe and quiet neighborhood located only a few minutes away from I-79 and the PA Turnpike. About 20 miles to downtown Pittsburgh, 10 miles from North Park with other parks close by, and a grocery store at the entrance to the neighborhood. Spend your days enjoying all that Pittsburgh and its surroundings has to offer and come home to the cozy brand new basement or on the covered back deck in the evening!
This is a 3 bedroom single family home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The upstairs of the home includes all three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, living room, and access to the deck overlooking the backyard. The basement of the home includes a large lounge space with a couch, pub table, bar, walk-out access to a small deck and the backyard, as well as a half bath and laundry facilities.
Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage and two small owners closets. Guests will have access to all closets in the bedrooms for ease of storing their items.
This property requires a minimum primary renter age of 25 years old.
Also, the house is not suitable for children, so please do not bring guests under the age of 10 years old.
This neighborhood is extremely family oriented. You’ll see kids frequently playing and many people walking, biking, or pushing strollers around the neighborhood. Very safe and peaceful setting.

Summary: This home is updated with modern touches and a beautiful outdoor deck in a quiet residential neighborhood. Driving to Pittsburgh is easy because you don’t have to deal with tunnel traffic. Plenty of restaurants close by and grocery stores. Carly is a fantastic host and always accessible. She even goes the extra mile to have some of the toiletry basics to start your stay. Will definitely choose to stay here again!
