Positive: I liked the location, it was in a very quiet section, easy to get around, near the art deco district. There was everything you needed for the beach, the including a washing machine. Full kitchen.
Negative: There is no elevator in the building. It’s only a issue if you have lot of luggage.
Summary: Very pleasant place to stay, great location very comfortable
