This beautiful 680 sqft 1 bed 1 bath located on the first floor and it is Walking distance to the grocery shopping and restaurants and a Very short drive/walk to las vegas Boulevard ,condo is the perfect place to call home for a short period of time. we offer our guests fully furnished one Bedroom condo with washer/dryers, Tile floors,Granite countertops and complimentary parking ,all utilities are included, as well as high-speed WiFi , and cable TV.

This is a self check in unit, our guests will receive a code prior to check in time.
The Neighborhood:
A very family oriented neighborhood, perfect getaway close enough to what our amazing city has to offer but also great place to rest and relax.

The strip and it's main attractions are minutes away, we have grocery shoppings and restaurants close too.

Summary: 1 bedroom apartment in nice dog friendly apartment complex with a pool and hot tub. Check in was easy, there's plenty of free parking, and we took an Uber to the strip for under $10. Overall a great stay.
