This cottage is truly a touch of heaven! Located on the Gulf of Mexico at 3522 Estero Blvd, on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. The cottage has an open floor plan that is very inviting with a large deck overlooking the white sandy beaches. It is a great place to relax, watch your children play in the sand (beach toys provided), all while savoring a cup of coffee or refreshment at happy hour. The cottage is perfect for a family or a group of six. You can enjoy walks along the beach at sunrise and sunset, shell hunting, sunbathing, and swimming in the Gulf. The location is close to water sports activities, parasailing, Times Square area shops, restaurants, as well as Publix, our well-known grocery store. Also, available is the Trolley service. Breezy Beach Cottage is a two-bedroom, two-bath with a direct Gulf view. This charming cottage has been completely redecorated with new furnishings, mattresses, bed linens, plush bath towels, and beach towels. There is brand new flooring throughout the home and soft peaceful paint colors. The master suite has a king bed with a full bath and the guest suite has a queen bed with a full bath. The living area has two comfortable twin sofa beds, which are perfect for children or adults. This living area extends onto the Gulf-front, an old Florida style porch that is perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying sunsets. Get out your cameras! There is a third full bath at ground level with beach access. The new owners have spared no expense in this cottage to the high standards that make this an exceptional place to vacation. A vacation not soon to be forgotten, old Florida charm in modern-day times. You will want to return year after year. If you have a bigger party we have rates available for BOTH units please contact the property manager for more information. NOTES: We book Saturday to Saturday and a seven-night minimum is required. NO pets allowed! The minimum age to rent is 30. Luxury Vacation Rentals also provides beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your stay.
