Located within a private cul-de-sac it offers calm security and above all a splendid view of the Gulf of LISCIA / SAGONE, one of the most beautiful gulfs on the WEST coast. The T2 (1 bedroom) apartments upstairs green and blue on the garden level and T3 (2 bedrooms) red on the garden level and yellow on the floor are large; air-conditioned and benefiting from very good insulation, are equipped with all the necessary comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, senso coffee maker, flat screen cable TV, DVD, internet, wifi, safe, hair dryer, mosquito net and new and quality bedding ..) large terrace with individual masonry barbecue Neat and original decoration for each apartment. Surrounding TIUCCIA and constituting its setting, you will find magnificent beaches of several kilometers. First of all the LIAMONE beach which unrolls its 4 km of sand, intersected by the river of the same name, will offer you both the joys of swimming in the sea and in the river and naturists will also be able to enjoy the beach party reserved for them. The LISCIA beach offers all these nautical activities over these 2 kms. You can have lunch in a hut on site or, in the evening, come and enjoy a good meal in one of the seaside restaurants.
Direction SAGONE 3 kms, you will house the coast and its multitude of beaches and small coves. By pushing the ride, you will arrive at CARGESE, charming and authentic city called Crecque, and from there you can take the impressive Calanches de PIANA overlooking the Gulf of PORTO and the small port of GIROLATA. You will not fail to devote a day to the sea trip to visit the Natural Reserve of SCANDOLA (classified in the world heritage by UNESCO) astonishing by its geological particularities, its fauna, and its flora. You can also hire a boat to explore and swim in beautiful coves accessible only by sea.
