Stunning 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom casita recently constructed in gated community about 7 minutes from the coastal highway. A 4x4 CAR IS REQUIRED. Twenty minutes south of Quepos. Ten minutes by car to nearest beach. Gorgeous views of mountains and from second floor, views toward the ocean. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds that can be joined up to form a king bed. The room offers flexibility with an en-suite bathroom. Both rooms open to a terrace. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is also a large terrace at the back of the 2nd floor with views over the swimming pool and out toward the mountains, offering complete privacy.
The ground floor is where you enter the property - living room, kitchen, half bath with washer and dryer. All 3 bathrooms are uniquely tiled - translation: aesthetic, not weird.
