Enjoy a luxurious country experience ideal for families, friends, guys or girls weekends, or a romantic getaway.
At the end of a 1/4 mile private road, you will be greeted with an unexpected surprise. A giant, all white farmhouse adorned with three cupolas appears on the horizon. From the front, the house appears very large, but simple. It is; however, an example of don’t judge a book by its cover.
Upon entry, everything changes. Luxury abounds, as what seemed to be a simple farmhouse, now feels like somewhere very special. The great room alone is well over 1000 ft.² with a 12 x 14 window overlooking the pond and back of the property.
Also included in the public area is a Butler’s pantry, laundry room, and half bath.
The rear foyer leads you out to the 16 x 32 back patio with wonderful country views. Also included are an outdoor kitchen, and my personal favorite feature, an outdoor shower under the stars that overlooks the 1/2 acre pond.
If you continue outside, there are ample areas to explore, including Jones Creek that backs up to the property. From the creek, you can fish for gar, bass, red drum, and even the occasional flounder.
If you manage to pull yourself I way from the relaxing outdoor environment, you will find five extremely comfortable, luxurious, and exquisitely decorated bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms.
Additionally, the house has a four car attached garage that also overlooks the property including direct access to the patio and outdoor kitchen. This area makes an excellent indoor/outdoor area with exceptional cross breezes to beat the heat.
In addition to the house’s amazing offerings, it is still within a 10 minute drive to The beach, allowing you to have a quick day trip to enjoy the sand and surf. This affords you the luxury of enjoying all of the great aspects of the beach, with the opportunity to get away from the noise and crowds when you are ready. Malls, shopping, and restaurants, and city amenities are all within a 10 minute drive as well.
This house really does have it all, and you will be glad you made the decision to vacation here!
