Welcome to 103 Clearwater lofts! This property is brand new with high-end luxury finishes, mountain views, and quick access to the slopes via shuttle or a short drive.This oversized 1 bedroom property has it all! Just past the entryway is a bench with hooks to hang all your gear and a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The living room features a large flat screen TV and a gas fireplace.Off the living room is a spacious balcony with amazing mountain views!The gourmet kitchen has all essentials stocked and features brand new high-end appliances. There is seating for 2 at the kitchen bar and 4 at the dining room table.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, ample storage, and an en suite bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
Guests of 103 Clearwater have access to a large storage closet located in front of the assigned parking space in the underground garage. You can easily store bikes and ski gear here! There is also an EV charging station in the garage for your convenience! The condo is minutes to Keystone Lake and a short shuttle to the slopes. After a long day of skiing, relax in the outdoor shared hot tub. The Summit County Recreation Path has miles of riding and walking, and the Snake River Wetlands are right out your door. Guests also have access to the east Lake Pool.
