Welcome to 202 Clearwater lofts! This property is brand new with high-end luxury finishes, mountain views, and quick access to the slopes via shuttle or a short drive.The entryway features a bench and built in hooks to make storing gear a breeze. Just past the entryway is a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The living room has a large flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa couch and a gas fireplace. Just off the living room is a large balcony with amazing mountain views. The gourmet kitchen has all essentials stocked and features brand new high-end appliances. There is seating for 3 at the kitchen bar and 6 at the dining room table.
The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and full en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen over queen bunk bed.

Summary: Great location. Convenient to Keystone mountain (3 min drive). There was also a shuttle stop right outside the condo parking lot. Property was very nice. Plenty of space for a family. Heated garage a plus!
