L'appartamento è ideale per coloro che vogliono rilassarsi in un ambiente splendido a contatto con la natura e a pochi passi dal mare e dalla spiaggia.
La piacevole e luminosa Casa Caterina ha grandi finestre che si estendono su tutti i lati della casa. Dal balcone coperto si gode una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulla valle del paese, dominata dal monte Capanne. Il balcone dispone di sdraio e di un tavolo dove poter pranzare. E’ la location ideale per coloro che avranno esigenze di smartworking. L’appartamento è composto da uno spazioso soggiorno con angolo cottura, 2 camere da letto e un ampio bagno con box doccia. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario. La camera da letto matrimoniale ha un altro balconcino.
