Brand new home located in Yacht Harbor(Less than a mile from FloraBama) a community close to the beach and boast views of the gulf and on Ole River side. This is a 5 BD/5 bath luxurious free standing home with views of the bay and the gulf. and sleep 14+. Community has private dock with some first come boat slips Home also has a private 15ft heat swim spa. This home will have almost 2500 sq ft of heating and cooling living space with 2 Master Suites (one on each floor), tankless heaters, big balconies on each level on the backside of home for great views of the bay and gulf. Close to FloraBama(less than a mile) Crab Trap, several beach access points with parking, Johnson Beach Entry, restaurants, grocery stores, Orange Beach and Pensacola. Elevataor is availabe with a handicap certificate.

Summary: We had two families with teens staying for a week. Accesses to the beach were close, the kids could easily walk to stores. Just a short walk from the Alabama line you can go to the famous FloraBama Bar. The kitchen and dining area in the house were perfect for large family dinners and game nights. The hot tub was used all the time.
