This is a just renewed apartment all designed by ourselves. You will find a beautiful and comfortable home in a really nice and peaceful place with gorgeous tropical gardens and great views of them from the apartment. A nice common area with two swimming pools. In one of the best and most centrical locations of PV, you will find in a walking distance the best restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, beaches, stores and much more. We would love to share our apartment with you!
We have two bedrooms with balcony and hammocks. A very well equiped kitchen with big fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffe maker, expresso machine. Laundry and dryer. Two TV’s with cable and netflix. Dvd player, Wifi. All windows and doors with antimosquito screens. The apartment is in the third floor wich make it a very bright place. Free Parking available. Air conditioning and celing fans. Security 24/7.
The condominium is a complex with beautiful vegetation, well-kept gardens that make up the common areas. In addition there are two swimming pools and wifi in comon areas.

Summary: Excellent value and location . Perfect for what I wanted - I wanted to be a bit away from the crowds but also close enough so I can walk around . The place is very clean and spacious . It’s cozy and nicely decorated - feels like a well lived and loved home . Kitchen has everything you need including blender and food processor - I stayed for 2 weeks and wanted to do some cooking . You can have your tea or coffee in the morning on the balcony and actually there is another smaller one connecting 2 bedrooms . Also the pool is so nice ! The condo is surrounded by lush gardens so it feels very secluded even if it’s only a 2 min walk to major road. Shower gets pretty hot fast . AC in both bedrooms and fans all around . I barely used AC since the weather cools down at night . Close to the beach ( beach chair and umbrella were included too!!!) .close to shops , supermarket, small local groceries and nice cozy restaurants. Super happy ! Will be back .
