The open plan lounge/diner which has a FLATSCREEN TV - DVD - VIRGIN TV also benefits from panoramic SEA VIEWS and patio doors to an enormous patio overlooking the cliff top which leads down to Southbourne's sandy beaches. The modern, fitted kitchen includes a ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a laundry area located just outside the kitchen door with WASHING MACHINE - TUMBLE DRYER. The property has FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is a fully tiled, modern bathroom with bath and shower facility. You will also find separate toilets on both the ground and first floors.
