Summary: Check in was easy, the large driveway and use of the garage was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Unfortunately, the property is in need of a good deep clean. Feet get dirty walking barefoot on the floors, overall it seemed like it had been empty long enough for dust to accumulate without a good wipedown to freshen it up and feel clean. Outside furniture and sitting area was uninviting. Biggest complaint was thermostat was locked up and set at 74 degrees, which meant heat came on and house couldnt be cooled by opening windows without heater running all night. No one was available to come turn it off. Homeowners were kind and responsive, but out of town.
