DETAILS: This thoroughly charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cottage in WaterColor's Camp District is the perfect blend of comfort, style and convenience. Tucked away on a wooded lot just 2 blocks from Camp WaterColor and the Tennis Center, 350 Red Cedar Way features stunning design with a screen-in porch, wood ceilings, a chef's kitchen and a second living space on the second floor.
Entering through the front door, cherry hardwood floors and overstuffed sofas accent the living space which features a vast flat-screen television - the perfect place for vacation movie night. The kitchen features granite countertops, designer cabinets and select stainless appliances. The dining area offers table seating for 8 before a fireplace, complete with a stone hearth and chimney. The counter has additional seating for 3, while a private breakfast nook offers seating for 4.
Located on the first floor the primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen television and a private bath with shower only. Ascending the staircase, a second living space features a sectional sofa, flat-screen television and a twin-over-twin bunkbed - the perfect space for the young and the young at heart alike.
